Assembly & Preparation

Cutting: Let chain reach full speed before contacting wood. Use steady pressure; do not force.
Kickback Prevention: Keep a firm grip. Do not cut above shoulder height. Be aware of tip contact.
Stopping: Release trigger. Engage chain brake when not in immediate use. Unplug for longer pauses.

Chain Sharpening & Replacement

Replacement: Unplug saw. Remove side cover. Remove old chain. Install new chain with cutting teeth facing forward on top of bar. Adjust tension.

CAUTION! A dull chain increases kickback risk and operator fatigue. Sharpen regularly.

Storage
