Sharpening Procedure

Plug in unit. Press safety lock and turn power switch to ON.
Gently feed cutter into grinding wheel using light pressure. Sharpen until burr is removed.
Release cutter, rotate chain to next cutter, repeat.
After all cutters on one side are done, unclamp chain, reverse orientation, and sharpen other side.
File depth gauges using depth gauge guide.
Turn switch OFF, unplug, and remove chain.

Tip: Sharpen all cutters to same length and angle for balanced cutting.

Wheel Dressing: Use wheel dresser to clean and true grinding wheel surface monthly.
